It is usually cheaper to pay a fixed amount per month or year. We have several options available.
Season tickets for bus, tram and metro in 2013
You will need to load a subscription, or a travel product, on your OV-chipkaart. We have several season tickets for bus, tram and metro:
- Always a discount in bus, tram or metro (Altijd Korting)
- Always and everywhere free travelling (Netabonnement)
- In an area free travelling or with a discount

| What is it? | A product on your OV-chipkaart which gives a 20% discount if you travel with bus, tram or metro. Children and students aged 12 to 18 years receive 40% discount. Children aged 4 to 11 years and adults 65 years and up receive 20% discount to their reduced fares. |
| What are the costs? | Altijd korting costs € 16,50 a month or € 165,- a year. Altijd Korting can be of interest when travelling for more than € 82,50 per month. For students and children in the ages 12 to 18 years old it can be of interest when travelling for more than € 41,25 a month. |
| Where can I buy it? | The Altijd Korting product can be purchased in the OV-chipkaart webstore, or from the public transport companies. |

| What is it? | A subscription for the Netherlands, always and everywhere, for bus, tram and metro. |
| What are the costs? | € 266,80 a month or € 2.668,- a year. For children and students aged 12 to 18 years and adults 65 years and up the monthly costs are € 176,10 and € 1.761,- a year. |

I usually travel in a fixed area
There are two kinds of subscriptions available for travelling in a fixed area: the 'Regionaal Sterabonnement'(A) and the product for a fixed area (B). Depending on the region you chose (A) or (B).

| What are the costs? |
These season tickets need a central zone and star value. The central zone is situated at the center of your travel area. Children aged 4 - 18 years and adults 65 years and up receive a discount. |
