FNV has announced a nationwide public transport strike for Wednesday 9 September. The strike will last 24 hours.

No trains between Geldermalsen station and Den Bosch station / Tiel station
From 17 to 20 August, ProRail will carry out work on the train tracks between Geldermalsen station and Den Bosch station / Tiel station. NS will provide replacement buses.
No trains between Rotterdam Centraal station and Gouda station
On 22 and 23 August, ProRail will be working on the train tracks between Rotterdam Centraal station and Gouda station. NS will provide replacement buses.
No trains between Nijmegen station and Boxmeer station
ProRail is working on the tracks between Nijmegen station and Boxmeer station until August 23. Arriva will provide replacement buses.Construction work on the road

Construction work in Den Haag (The Hague)
From 1 June to 2 October, engineering works will take place at Rijswijkseplein in Den Haag (The Hague). Tram tracks and road surfaces are being renewed, which will cause traffic disruption.Papendrechtsebrug (bridge) (N3) closed
From 17 July 2026 to 21 April 2027, the Papendrechtsebrug will be closed. All buses that normally cross the bridge will therefore run on diversion routes.
