The app follows the setting of your phone. For all language settings other than Dutch, the text in the app will be displayed in English by default.

Without allowing the app to open the location of your telephone, the app cannot use the GPS data of your telephone. As a result, the app does not 'see' where you are, and you must enter the street / location yourself in the departure field.

If you give permission for the use of the location of your telephone, the planner will include the current location in the departure field by default. If you want to plan a trip from another location, you can easily change this by entering the correct location in the departure field.

We don't do anything with this. The app only uses your device location to plan a trip from that location. We do not store this information.

That's right. This function has been changed. We have made the storage of frequently used locations and routes available to everyone. 

Now you can tap the plus sign on the home screen to add frequently used locations just like you’re used to. You will see these on your home screen for quicker planning to these locations. You do not have to create a separate account for this.

As a consequence, the app no longer synchronizes with your account on the website and vice versa. We will come up with a new and expanded environment for this in the future.

By default, the requested travel advice is set to walking. We show the fastest travel advice from / to the requested locations at the requested departure / arrival time.

If you choose to start or end your journey by bike, the planner will determine an optimal transfer point to cycle to and transfer to public transport. In addition, the ability to park your bicycle is taken into account.

The maximum cycling distance is 5 kilometers. We show a cycling route on the map. In determining the optimal transfer point, we calculate the fastest travel advice. We show a travel advice with the least amount of transfers. This can mean that you will be guided to a different stop than when you choose to walk.

No, a planned use of the bicycle in the pre-trip or post-trip does not mean that you can take your bike with you in all public transport. We do not take this into account when calculating travel advice.

You can plan an accessible journey with this function. The planner will take into account the accessibility of both the stop and the transportation vehicle. For a train journey, this means that NS travel assistance will be available at the stations. Finally, the planner calculates 5 minutes extra time for a transfer.

When activating the 'Walk less' function, the planner chooses a travel advice from the first possible stop from your specified departure / arrival location. This reduces the walking distance to the departure stop and reduces the walking distance from the exit stop to your final destination.

This may mean that you will be traveling longer or will need to transfer more often than if you do not use this function.

The price of your trip is clickable. When you click on it you will enter a screen where the price is explained per part of the trip. We also show the price for when you travel on a discount.
