To Antwerp Airport by train and bus
The airport in Antwerp does not have its own train station. From the Netherlands, it is best to travel by train to Antwerp-Berchem station. From there, you can take a bus to the airport.
From the Netherlands to Antwerp-Berchem station
There are several ways to travel to Antwerp-Berchem by public transport.
With the Intercity Brussels to Antwerpen-Berchem
The Intercity Brussels travels from Amsterdam to Brussels. This Intercity makes a stop at Antwerp-Berchem station. You can board at train stations Amsterdam Centraal, Schiphol Airport, Rotterdam Centraal, and Breda.
Are you travelling from the Netherlands to Antwerp with the Intercity Brussels? Then you will need an international train ticket. You can buy these on the NS International website or via SNCB International.

With a domestic train to Antwerp-Berchem
Do you live in Limburg? Or would you prefer not to travel by Intercity direct? Then you can take a bus or local train across the border. In Belgium, you will then board a train from the Belgian operator SNCB.

From Antwerp-Berchem Station to the airport
Antwerp-Berchem train station is close to Antwerp Airport. Bus lines 51, 52, and 53 all travel from this train station to the airport.

To Brussels Airport-Zaventem by train
Brussels Airport has its own train station: Brussels Airport-Zaventem. You can reach this station from Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Breda without transfer.
By international train to Brussels Airport
If you want to travel to Brussels Airport by train, there are several options.
Intercity Brussels (without transfer) – A direct connection between Amsterdam Centraal, Schiphol Airport, Rotterdam Centraal, or Breda station and Brussels Airport-Zaventem station. Buy tickets for this train on the NS International website, or through SNCB International.
Eurostar (with transfer) – Travel from Amsterdam Centraal or Rotterdam Centraal to Antwerp by Eurostar. Here, you switch to the train towards Brussels Airport-Zaventem station. Buy tickets for this train journey on the NS International website or via SNCB International.

To Charleroi Airport (south Brussels) by train and bus
Charleroi Airport is located south of Brussels. The airport does not have its own train station. Getting to the airport from the Netherlands requires travelling by train first. Then, you can get on the bus to the airport.
Via Charleroi-Sud train station to the airport
There are no direct trains from the Netherlands to Charleroi-Sud train station. For that, you often need to transfer at Antwerp Centraal station.

Tip – On the SNCB website, you can plan your journey to Charleroi Airport. You can also buy a combination ticket that takes you to the airport from any station in Belgium.
Via Brussels-South railway station to the airport
Prefer to travel by direct train from the Netherlands? Then board the Intercity Brussels. This train stops at Amsterdam Centraal, Schiphol Airport, Rotterdam Centraal, and Breda station in the Netherlands. Buy tickets for the Intercity Brussels on the NS International website or via SNCB International.
Get off at Brussels-South train station and transfer to a Flibco shuttle bus. These buses run 3 times an hour, and the bus takes 55 minutes to travel from Brussels-South train station to Charleroi Airport.
To Weeze Airport by train and bus
Weeze Airport does not have its own train station. However, Weeze and Kevelaer train stations are easy to reach by train.
Via Weeze train station to the airport
From Weeze station, a bus travels to the airport every 30 minutes. This bus takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport. More information about the timetable can be found on the bus operator's website (in German).

Via Kevelaer train station to the airport
A shuttle bus travels from Kevelaer station to the airport (the 'Airport Shuttle Kevelaer'). This bus runs twice an hour. More information about the timetable can be found on the bus operator's website (in German).

To Düsseldorf Airport by train
Düsseldorf Airport has its own train station. You can easily travel there by train from Arnhem station and Venlo station.
Via Arnhem train station to the airport
There are two ways to travel to the airport via Arnhem:
The Rhein-IJssel-Express RE 19 – This train is a direct connection between Arnhem station and Düsseldorf Flughafen station. You will not have to transfer. The journey takes 1 hour and 40 minutes. You can buy a ticket at Arnhem station or Zevenaar station at VRR's ticket machine. Or buy an e-ticket via the VRR app.
The high-speed railway line (ICE) – This train runs once every 2 hours. You must transfer at Düsseldorf station. The journey takes (at least) 1 hour and 12 minutes. Buy tickets for this train from the NS International website or the Deutsche Bahn website.
Via Venlo train station to the airport
From Venlo Station, travel by regional train to Düsseldorf Haubtbahnhof (main train station). Here, you will transfer to a smaller local train to Düsseldorf Airport. The journey takes about 1.5 hours. You can buy a ticket for this journey from the NS International website or the Deutsche Bahn website.
To Liège Airport by train
Liège Airport (Liège) is located just outside the city. The airport does not have its own train station. To get to the airport from the Netherlands, you must first travel to Maastricht station.
Via Maastricht train station to Liège Airport
From Maastricht Station, follow these steps:
Step 1: train – Travel by train from Maastricht station to Liège-Guillemins station.
Step 2: bus – Travel by bus line 57 from Liège-Guillemins station to Liège Airport (Bierset, Liège Airport). This bus line runs 7 times a day.
Please note – This bus does not run on public holidays and weekends.
Are you travelling to Liège Airport from the centre of Liège? The centre is a short distance away from the train station. You will need to catch bus line 53, which runs between Place St. Lambert and the Liège Airport stop.
Tip – Arriva's Drielanden train runs once an hour between Maastricht and Liège-Guillemins. Buy an e-ticket for this train in the 9292 app, or on Arriva's website.
