Fewer NS trains from 24 to 27 June

Starting Wednesday, 24 June, the Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI) expects several hot days. As a result, fewer NS trains will operate on some routes.

NS is taking this measure to better manage any potential disruptions.

The routes affected are:

  • Rotterdam – Leiden – Schiphol

  • Arnhem – Utrecht – Schiphol

  • The Hague Central – Amsterdam

  • Alkmaar – Sittard

  • Rotterdam – Utrecht

Between Bergen op Zoom and Zwolle, fewer trains will operate on Wednesday only.
