Plan your journeys with familiar functions in the new 9292 app

Are you curious about our new app? It’s available in the app stores starting now. After a development period and extensive beta test, the app is now ready for you to use. In this first release of the new public transport app, several new features are available in addition to the familiar functions. The new home screen can be configured to your personal preferences. This means a unique and personal app for you and over millions other public transport users. We are happy to invite you to try out our new app!

New 9292 app

The current 9292 app was due for an update. We made that update, which was a lot of work, but we are proud of the result so far and we are curious what you think of it. We changed the look and feel but we kept the simplicity in use of the 9292 app at its core.

Familiar and new functions

Of course, you can plan all your travels by public transport in the new app like you’re used to. You enter your journey from A to B and we’ll show you the current travel advice immediately, without showing a plan-button. We will naturally also give you the option to select a different time, date or other extra options to see the journey that fits your needs.

In the new 9292 app you can add frequently used locations, routes and travel advice without the need for an account.

Pay attention! If you used to make use of an account at My 9292 to plan your journeys, you will have to take a minute to set things up again in the new app. Unfortunately, we cannot copy this information for you.

Developments in the coming year

We are using the feedback and especially the wishes we received from the beta test to keep on developing the app. We will frequently add new features to the app. You can now select to take the bike to and from the transport service. We also show these routes on the map. Would you like to rent a bike but don’t know where? Please be patient. We are currently working on showing an overview of bike rentals. The app will soon also switch to “Dark mode” if you have indicated this on your device. All for the purpose of allowing you to find your way quickly and easy from A to B with all modes of transport, including public transport.
