Are you heading to the Dutch Grand Prix in Zandvoort on 29, 30 and/or 31 August? Travel by public transport, the train station is just around the corner. And the shuttle bus stops right at the entrance of the Circuit.

Travel to Zandvoort aan Zee by train

Zandvoort station is just around the corner from the F1 Circuit. Large crowds are expected on trains to Zandvoort. For this reason, NS will be operating extra and longer trains to Zandvoort aan Zee on these days. The revised timetable can be found in our journey planner on the website and in the 9292 app.

Travel to Zandvoort at a reduced fare with the Teenager Day Ticket
Young people aged 12 to 18 can travel all day on NS trains with this 9292 e-ticket. The ticket is valid only during off-peak hours and at weekends.

Travel to Zandvoort aan Zee by bus

Operator Connexxion will operate a shuttle bus service between Haarlem Station and Circuit Zandvoort, running every 5 to 6 minutes.

From Haarlem Station, you can travel directly to the entrance of Circuit Zandvoort between 08:00 and 12:15. In the afternoon, buses will run towards Haarlem Station until 20:00. On these shuttle buses, you can check in and out using your OV-chipkaart or your contactless bank card (OVpay). Children up to 11 years old travel for free when accompanied by a paying adult.

Connexxion offers a day ticket for €12.50. This ticket is valid not only on the shuttle bus between Haarlem Station and Circuit Zandvoort, but also on all buses operated by Connexxion in the Haarlem–IJmond and Amstelland–Meerlanden regions (including Haarlemmermeer, Amstelveen and Amsterdam).
