These Terms and Conditions are accepted during the registration process in the app or website, by checking the "Agree” box before completing your registration. Without agreement, you will not be able to fully use the 9292 Services. You can then plan trips but not buy tickets.

General

The 9292 app and MeerPlus app (hereinafter: "the app") and 9292 website (hereinafter "the website") are mobile applications that allows you to plan, book and pay for a trip by public transportation and entrance tickets. After registration in the app or website, you can book and pay for public transportation and entrance tickets via the app or website. Payments are made using the payment method you have chosen. Once you have purchased your ticket, you can travel with the relevant public transportation company for the agreed time or get access to the event or parc. The ticket on your mobile device can be shown at the gate or to an inspector, bus driver or conductor to prove that you are entitled to travel or to get access to the event or parc.

Use of the application

If you travel with a mobile ticket in the app or website, you are responsible for being able to show a valid ticket. You must therefore ensure you have a sufficiently charged, properly functioning smartphone.

A ticket in the app for public transport is valid in combination with a valid proof of identity. In the event of a check by a carrier, a valid proof of identity with photo may be requested. You are responsible for having a valid identity document (passport, identity document or driving licence).

Payments

All payments are managed via the app and website, using your payment method and in the currency you choose. You understand that third parties may charge you for the services they provide.

All costs are due immediately and the organisation Tranzer BV (hereinafter: “Tranzer”) facilitates the payments of public transport tickets on behalf of 9292. Your will receive a proof of payment and receipt by e-mail.

9292 will help you solve any problems arising from the purchase of our services. 9292 is responsible for the disputes initiated by buyers, such as reversals, complaints of any nature, cancellations and refunds.

Tickets

Traveling with a mobile ticket is subject to the conditions of the participating providers. If you buy a ticket from 9292, you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant providers. A separate contract of carriage is concluded with each carrier with whom you travel. This also applies if you have one ticket for your trip that also relates to a trip with (an) other carrier(s). In that case, the ticket is not a so-called through ticket, but consists of two or more separate transport agreements. You can consult the conditions via the links below:
