Terms and conditions ticketing

The 9292 app is an application of REISinformatiegroep BV (hereinafter: "9292”), registered with the Kamer van Koophandel under number 808840526. We advise you to read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before completing your registration in the 9292 app.

These Terms and Conditions are accepted during the registration process in the app, by checking the "Agree” box before completing your registration. Without agreement, you will not be able to fully use the 9292 Services. You can then plan trips but not buy tickets.

General

The 9292 app is an application that allows you to plan, book and pay for a trip by public transportation. After registration in the app, you can book and pay for public transportation via the 9292 app. Payments are made using the payment method you have chosen. Once you have purchased your ticket, you can travel with the relevant public transportation company for the agreed time. The ticket on your mobile device can be shown at the gate or to an inspector, bus driver or conductor to prove that you are entitled to travel.

Use of the application

If you travel with a mobile ticket in the 9292 app, you are responsible for being able to show a valid ticket. You must therefore ensure you have a sufficiently charged, properly functioning smartphone.

A ticket in the 9292 app is valid in combination with a valid proof of identity. In the event of a check by a carrier, a valid proof of identity with photo may be requested. You are responsible for having a valid identity document (passport, identity document or driving licence).

Payments

All payments are managed via the app, using your payment method and in the currency you choose. You understand that third parties may charge you for the services they provide.

All costs are due immediately and the organisation Tranzer BV (hereinafter: “Tranzer”) facilitates the payments on behalf of 9292. Tranzer will send you a proof of payment and receipt by e-mail.

9292 will help you solve any problems arising from the purchase of our services. 9292 is responsible for the disputes initiated by buyers, such as reversals, complaints of any nature, cancellations and refunds.

Tickets

The conditions of the participating transporters apply to travel with a mobile ticket. If you purchase a ticket from 9292, you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant transporters. You can consult the conditions via the links below:

Refund payments

In the event of a technical error in the 9292 app, you can submit a request for refund of the ticket amount to 9292 via ticketing@9292.nl. In the event of a delay of the transporter, the conditions of the relevant transporter apply. In the event of an order error, you are not entitled to a refund of your ticket amount.

Delay

If you are delayed during a trip, which delay may entitle you to a refund, you can request your money back from the relevant transporter for the trip. Upon purchase, 9292 provides a confirmation of your purchase with the necessary information for requesting a refund in case of delay.
