Open the 9292 app .
Tap the menu icon in the top left of the home screen.
Tap 'Ticket shop'.
Search 'RET' or select the Rotterdam region. Choose the e-ticket you want to travel with.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
Have you paid? You'll find your e-ticket(s) under 'My e-tickets' in the menu at the top left of your screen. Activate your e-ticket just before departure.
